Full Job Description Ekstrom Lawn Care, LLC (603) 620-3271 We are a landscaping maintenance company that provides the following services: Spring Cleanup Bed Edging Lawn Mowing Bark Blowing Shrub Trimming Fall Cleanup Key Job Features: Hourly Pay of $18- 28 per hour Health Insurance, Dental Insurance available Retirement Plan with company match available We work 40- 50 hours per week and pay 1.5x overtime after 40 hours Most of our employees have worked at other landscaping companies and they say that without doubt WE ARE THE BEST COMPANY THEY HAVE WORKED FOR. Kind, friendly employees. Great Management Staff and Support. We pay for all driving time during the day (not all companies do). We train our employees and help them grow in this industry. Weekly pay Drivers License Preferred but not mandatory (but you must have a reliable ride to work) DOT Card/ CDL-B License would be helpful but not required You must have the ability to be at work at 6:50am Mon- Fri with some Saturdays when needed. We treat our employees with respect but also do not tolerate any drama on our crew. Candidates who have a drivers license, DOT Card, CDL-B, clean driving record, years of experience in this industry and who can pass a series of pre-hiring practical tests using equipment at our shop proving your abilities and skills will be eligible for the top of our pay scale. Those just starting out or without those qualifications will be at the lower end of the pay scale. Thank You.
