Do you love cooking with mushrooms? Making inventive vegan cuisine or just tasty food in general? Do you like talking with guests and teaching people how to cook and enjoy healthy foods? Comfortable staging up and cooking in public environments, outdoors, indoors? Let’s talk!
Our mushroom farm has a series of sampling events in San Antonio starting Friday of 3/25 and several other tastings throughout the spring (mostly weekends, weekday afternoon/evenings, etc….)
We’ll be cooking up regionally inspired cuisine using gourmet mushrooms (Oyster, Lion’s Mane, etc…) sometimes outdoors, sometimes indoors.
