Press release from the Peoria County Government:
Peoria County Highway is closing W. Glasford Road Hill, between W. Zeine Lane and Wheeler Road, on Monday, December 28 at 8 a.m. The road will be closed through Thursday, December 31 at 3:30 p.m. in order to perform exploratory excavation to investigate an area of pavement failure in the roadway.
A map of the closure and detour is attached.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area and used the posted detour. For more information, contact Peoria County Highway at (309) 697-6400.
