Missing blue heeler

There is a missing blue heeler that bolted out in Creedmoor. I have a feeling someone picked him up as he usually would stay in the neighborhood prior to this. I was supposed to return him to his owner but he got out of my hands before I was able to. There are pictures attached, please feel free to share this around.
