Lost German Shepherd

I found a German sheperd in my backyard a couple of days ago. I took her to get scanned, but no luck. I can not keep her because I already have pets. She is so sweet it breaks my heart to put her in a shelter. Does anyone know of a rescue? Or possibly would like to adopt her? She gets along with my German shepherd and my cat.
