Considering a TX move.. looking for advice / mentor

SWM 56 Considering a TX move from the East coast…. Selling cars now, might try to get into selling used Big Rigs if I get the chance… No kids Reaching out for advice / mentor to share about what areas might work, what might not… Don’t need to be on the coast. Done that…. Don’t need to be downtown. Done that. But a small town feel with some adult activities would be cool… Brick and Mortar type area, small ranch houses to rent, not too far from an area with a regional airport for get a ways… Old school works without being lost in hickville…. Again, would still be working … hopefully truck sale / that industry…. Thanks in advance for thoughts….
