This will probably bore most drummers, but if you're just getting started or are already in a band and want to try a new instrument my songwriting project needs a drummer for a show who would be comfortable basically playing brushes on the ride, snare and floor tom for half an hour. Think Mimi Parker of Low or early Elliott Smith home recordings. Here's an example of what we'd be playing:
