My mom found these dogs outside near her apartment complex when they were puppies and she took them in because there’s a busy road beside her. She hasn’t been able to find a home for them but she needs to. She can no longer care for these two puppies as her health is declining. Please help my mother and I out by taking in these dogs. They are really sweet collie mixes. One is more skittish but not aggressive and the other is super friendly. They would do better together but they can be separated.
