I have three rental duplex houses. I need help to clean/repair/paint/landscaping on regular basis. I need someone who is retired and/or looing for couple of hours on weekdays and/or full weekends. This is not a full time opportunity to work. This is only part time/flexible schedule. You should be local in five/ten miles and have your own transportation and Photo Ids. I will pay you based on number of hours you work. You get extra cash. Also, need some one working full time and need to use his skills/experience for extra cash. 1) Install dampers on heating system and add thermostat 2) check Electric panel and check load on each circuit breaker/label it and do necessary repairs 3) my house trap is clogging and I like to connect main drain to street directly 4) I have Anderson windows and need to repair five window closing mechanism as it is broken 5) I need to add 3 inch layer on current concrete patio to hide uneven concrete patio 6) clean exterior bricks/grout them/repair and paint them 7) Redo two/three bathrooms using new vinyl walls and replace bathtubs or convert to shower Please only apply for the job you have real skills/tools and expertise to finish and get extra cash in your pocket.
