We are a small team, managing a large property. We are seeking (2) entry level team members. Looking for folks with general skills that include basic grounds experience and house tech skills. Safe use of landscaping power equipment, power washers, hand tools, and clean driving record. This is a utility position, you will float from grounds team to house team as needed. You must be the type of person that is Quality driven and cares about doings things the "right way." Long-term position, we want people that will gain property knowledge and stay with us. We offer FT with flexible schedule, can be other than M-F. Full benefit package including 401k, paid holidays and vacation time. Start Rate, $22-$28, dependent upon skills and experience.
