We are a local business owner couple in search of a safe, smoke free home in Kona, Holualoa, or South Kona area. Our current place is being converted into an Airbnb in the next few months. We know our days are numbered and would like to move as quickly as possible for the right situation. We are professionals with consistent income, good credit, we keep to ourselves, and just want a place to live while we save up for our own home. We have two young children, and a spayed cat. We are ok with a 1 bedroom, or 2 if we can find something in the $1400-$1900 range. I know this housing market is a major issue.
