Help with vet bill

I am trying to help raise money for an emergency surgery for my dog. I was walking her yesterday morning when an unleashed dog came running out of no where and attack her. She is having surgery to repair the wounds she received on her leg due to the negligence of the aggressive dog’s owner. My poor girl is 13 years years old and already suffered from issues walking from a neurological issue. I need help covering this awful unexpected tragedy and any assistance would be so greatly appreciated. I can send my cashapp if you are able and willing to help. She has been hospitalized at Care Charlotte since the incident and has had two surgeries as the initial one was to control the bleeding while trying to determine if she would require amputation.
