A Workshop dedicated to nurturing the Lymphatic System using Gua Sha, Herbs, and Nutrition! Tend to your Inner River for Vibrant Health! Is your River in a drought, maybe it's overflowing, or it might be blocked by debris or barely moving? Symptoms of a stressed Lymphatic system may be the cause of skin issues, chronic fatigue, water retention, poor immune function, digestive issues, and joint pain. Join Herbalist & Owner of Lake and Woods Apothecary - Kelly Kehl (she/her), along with Local Accupuncturest and Gua Sha expertise - Kara Schaub (she/her), for an in-person Workshop dedicated to thending The River Within! In this Workshop we will be discussing the importance of the Lymphatic system, how it works, where it runs through the body, and the many ways you can keep it flowing and functioning properly for your body. Kelly will be offering guidance on Herbalism (Energetics/Elements), as well as Nutrition and Topical applications that will support and cleanse your inner river. She is also including an informative Herbal pamphlet, 1 ounce Body Oil/Serum, and a hefty bag of Herbs to make your own Water Infusion at home. Kara will be teaching us ways to stimulate flow and movement in our bodies using the traditional Gua Sha method, as well as demonstrating other tools and exercises to support our inner River and overall well-being during this seasonal shift. This will be a hands on learning experience so be prepared to touch your body. *Kelly will have Gua Sha's available for purchase, or you may bring your own. She will also provide you with an oil to use and take home, along with complimentary Tea, conversation, and laughs. *We suggest you bring a notebook to take notes, every body is different and unique, and you'll want to write down information that works best for you.
