An evening of Fine Dining, Top-Tier Entertainment, Empowering Speakers and the Importance of Preserving East African Cultures and Heritage.
East African Community Services (EACS) is proud to present our inaugural Summer Cultural Series! This year we present: Sounds from the Horn 2022; A Concert and Cultural Heritage Experience you will not soon forget!
In addition to a world-class dining experiencing, we will experience the original music of Somali Music Sensation, Nimcaan Hilaac! We will be empowered by the wisdom of self-made Entrepreneur and AfroDeli Founder, Abdirahman Kahin. We will be honored by the wisdom of Tukwila City Councilmember Mohamed Abdi, the youngest Black Politician in Washington State History!
For 21 years, EACS has been an anchor fo East African refugee and immigrant families in South King County. EACS operates Community Centers in Seattle and SeaTac, Washington, serving hundreds of East African families with honor and distinction.
This event is a fundraiser to support the explosive demand (and growth) of EACS' youth and family programs.
