Our annual Cinco de Mayo party takes a special twist this year as we highlight Mexico's most emblematic core values: Music, food & culture. Join us at El Jefe Lena y Mar for an evening filled with live Mariachi Music, traditional dishes, celebratory craft cocktails and much more! Information about this event:You are purchasing tickets for our first sitting [4:30pm - 7:00pm] special event.Please make sure you are buying tickets for the time desired as there are no refunds or exchanges. Ticket cost is $25 per person. Ticket includes entrance to the event, courtesy bites and a complimentary welcoming cocktail. PLEASE NOTE: Tables are arranged in the order tickets are bought... If you buy tickets and your friends buy tickets, you will not be seating together. You will be seated in 2 separate tables. In other words, if you want to seat with a group, you must buy tickets together. CINCO DE MAYO | It's time to celebrate!THE EVENTOur Cinco de Mayo Celebration will be on Thursday, May 5th 2022 (4:30pm – 7:00pm) at El Jefe Leña y Mar located at 1271 N Lake St. in Aurora IL 60506. Our venue has ample parking available. RESERVATIONSReservations can be made ONLY by purchasing a ticket on Eventbrite.com This event is family-friendly. Tickets for admission are $25 per person. Ticket sales are not refundable for no-shows and incomplete groups. If someone from your group can’t make it, we retain the $25.00 entrance fee per each person missing and reserve the right to re-arrange your table to accommodate walk-ins and people on our waitlist. Please note: This $25 fee only covers admission to the show. 1 Meal + 2 drink minimum purchase will be required per person. Separate checks will not be allowed. 18% gratuity will be added to all tables. Eventbrite charges an additional transaction fee. Tables will be arranged by groups in the way tickets are being purchased. To guarantee a spot with your group, tickets must be bought together. Scam alert! Following the success of the shows we host throughout the year, some scamming has emerged. Be sure to ONLY PURCHASE TICKETS through Eventbrite. It is the only trusted site. THE MENUOur Chefs are currently working on our menu. Our goal this year, is to elevate and present to you traditional Mexican food highlighting true cultural references and recipes. For many establishments, Cinco de Mayo is about taking tequila shots riding a donkey and playing maracas. We'd LOVE to give you a different perspective on this special date.
