Join us for a fun night at the Prauper Studios for a concert by Swiss artist Arma Jackson, known for his unique and eclectic musical style! This concert is proudly presented by the Consulate of Switzerland in Houston as part of the French Cultures Festival 2022. Join us for an evening of insights into the culture of Francophone Switzerland and a concert by renowned Swiss musician Arma Jackson! The concert is free and open to the public. Registration is required. About the artist: Arma Jackson has given life to all of his musical projects within the walls of his family home in Lausanne, Switzerland. First guided by his older brothers' passion for rap, Arma gradually opened his ears to different genres, from Michael Jackson and Coldplay, to the chanson of Charles Aznavour, to create his own unique musical style: a melding of genres include hip-hop, rap, neo-soul, pop, and house music. His first album, Idéal, was released last year. The recipient of the 2021 Swiss Music Award for Best Artist from Francophone Switzerland, Arma Jackson is making a name for himself beyond Swiss borders.
