Live reggae music with the Lambsbread plus special guest Dj Elihu spinning the latest reggae hits! all ages event at Aumakua Kava Lounge The show was so good last time we had to do it again! next month April 9th we will be bringing you another fyah reggae concert at the Aumakua Kava Lounge. The capacity has been expanded and there will be 150 tickets available for this show. Last month we were at full capacity so get your tickets early. The Lambsbread will be performing a full set with songs from their latest album "Show Love" along with some of their hits and live Maui favorites. Dj Elihu will be spinning some fresh reggae vibes to keep the energy pumping through the night. the Aumakua Kava Lounge is a breath of fresh air for live music on the north shore, and is a great place to dance with a bumping soundsystem and an asortment of Kava Drinks, there is no alcohol so this venue is all ages. More about the Lambsbread: Hawaii's royal reggae family the Lambsbread was originally formed on the island of Kauai by lead singer Kaya and his wife Nadia in 2004 when they released their first single "Love in the House". Since then they have recorded 6 full length albums and many singles. The last two album have been produced by two of Kaya and Nadia's sons who also perform live on stage. Samuel holds down the drums and Jacob bubbles the keyboards as well as composing and mixing for the group in the studio. Their latest album debuted at #5 on the Top selling reggae albums at itunes the week of its release. With radio play from major Djs and stations around the world, and a new video out for the title track that has reached over 100k views in a little over a month, the feedback for the album has been great. The Lambsbread has worked with many amazing producers and artists over the years like grammy winning reggae stars Morgan Heritage on the song "Feel the Vibes" as well as reggae legends like Sizzla Kolonji and Mykal Rose. The Lambsbread is a stapple on the radio in Maui, and have several hits in rotation on the airwaves. Their Live performance is high energy and often features the youngest member of the family Ikaika Lion for a few songs. The music is intertwined with the energy and everyone in the room is feeling it.
