Looking to host a dance party until 4am, venue help!

hello my 40th birthday is coming up and in an attempt to recreate my youth I'm trying to throw a dance party for ~100 people that can be loud until 4am. Every private venue I've found has 1230am noise curfew. Open to east bay or SF. Any ideas would be welcome, thank you so much!
