ABOUT LEE FLOOD Lee Flood has held leadership positions at Pearson-Kelly Technology for more than four years and now leads the entire team as President. He is a 2019 Industry Difference Maker, part of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame Elite 11 and has held two single-season state records for most Most Rushing Touchdowns and Most Rushing Yards since 2005. He has been featured in ENX Magazine, for Springfield Business Journal's Economic Growth Survey and on the Radiate Positivity podcast. He also hosts Pearson-Kelly's Innovator Podcast. Flood donates his time to our community in many ways. He sits on the board of Harmony House, including on the Policy Review Committee and Nominating Committee. But his passion is building up leaders, which is why he coaches multiple youth sports teams at both the recreational and competitive levels. Flood is an active member of NorthPoint Church and hosted a youth mentorship group with his wife, Jessica.
