Following the commencement ceremony, a buffet-style luncheon is available for those looking for an easy place to gather and celebrate. No ticket will be provided from this site. The tickets will be given to the graduate, in their packet, upon arrival to campus. Regardless of who is purchasing the ticket, you must use the graduate's name in order for the tickets to be matched up to the graduate. The menu will consist of: rolls, market house salad with toppings and dressings, carved KC BBQ pork loin, blackened cod with salsa verde, apricot glazed turkey, stuffed mushrooms {vegetarian entrée}, rice pilaf, au gratin potatoes, grilled Montreal green beans, grilled yellow squash and zucchini, lemon bars, brownies, iced tea, and water. The graduate's ticket is complimentary with an RSVP. No tickets are available the day of the luncheon. Deadline to RSVP is May 1. Email [email protected] with questions before placing your order.
