Job Summary – Under the direction of the FPPOA board of directors, this position is responsible for performing janitorial duties in all the facility’s buildings and related areas. Grounds keeping duties will include all common areas, lawns, ditches, natural areas, and fence lines. Maintenance duties will include repairs to tools, equipment, appliances, buildings, sprinkler systems, etc. (not requiring licensed professionals). This position is responsible for community trash removal duties that require the ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance. Operation and maintenance of all necessary tools and equipment to perform these duties will be the responsibility of the employee. CPO (Certified Pool Operator) is required. If applicant does not have this certification they must obtain it within 60 days of employment. Forest Park Property Owners Association will pay for the cost of the course.
