Children ages 3-5 from qualified families may enroll in YWCA Tri-County Area's Pre-K Counts early childhood education program in Pottstown. Pre-K Counts is a full-day, state-funded, pre-kindergarten program for children whose family incomes are 300% of the federal poverty level or less.
