Learn French Culinary Techniques with Kadin Kessler.
Students will learn about classic culinary techniques globally used in the best restaurants. This course includes roasting, braising, searing, stewing, vegetable preparation, protein fabrication, and complete product utilization. Plus, we cover front-of-house techniques used in British, French, and Russian-style service. Menu items will focus primarily on traditional French cuisine. Vegetarians and meat-eaters are welcome.
