Friendly cat needs new home

I have a very friendly and sweet cat that needs a permanent home. The orginal owner died suddenly when he was hit by a car. I took one of his three cats in for two years.. I have to move back to Illinois and cannot keep the cat. I would appreciate if you have a interest in the cat or if you know of a no-kill shelter in Memphis. His name is Tee, He is fix.
