Rocky is a sweet and spunky boy looking for a forever home with all the snuggles!! He is 14 months old, potty and crate trained, very playful, loves toys, and is people-oriented! Unfortunately, Rocky's story is the classic "COVID puppy" needing to be rehomed. His owner didn't realize how bad his allergies were until after Rocky's adult hair came in, not to mention the family has 4 kids under 7 years old and it just got to be too much and Rocky deserves attention and love. His owner tried a few different things but ultimately has decided he can't keep this little man, so Rocky is living with me as an emergency, interim situation. Please note that Rocky has not yet been neutered, so depending on your situation, you may need to consider this. In my care, Rocky has been very sweet, curious about my cat, and loves to play with my female GSP! Please keep in mind the general cost and popularity of his breed as a rehoming fee does apply and it reflects my (and his original owner's) desire to find him a PERMANENT place to call home. I'm more than happy to describe his personality further or answer questions! Only communicating via email until a buyer gets serious - please don't send me your number asking me to call you. He comes with vet records, crate, bed, leash/collar, etc. I'm hoping to rehome him ASAP - I already have two dogs and my boy recently had surgery - I can't give adequate attention to Rocky, but he is a LOVE and he needs a family to call his own! Rocky is staying with me, I live near Yreka - about 2 hours north of Redding. Our area is very rural and sparsely populated, so we are willing to commute as far south as Sacramento and as far north as Jacksonville, OR in order to unit Rocky with his the right family
