Press release from University of Wisconsin - Green Bay: March 16, 2022 Four all-conference awards were earned by the Sheboygan Wombats at the conclusion of the season. First-year player Devin Schieble was named first-team all-conference, finishing fourth in the voting. Schieble was named a captain by his teammates and started every game this season. Another first-year player, Nick Wilson, was named player of the year after averaging 22 points per game in a dominant fashion. After crushing the Wombats' single-game assist record (22, formerly 16), second-year player Michael Berger was an all-conference honorable mention. Coach Dan Campion was nominated coach of the year for the second consecutive season.
