Bank staff members told police the man verbally demanded cash from a teller, taking an undisclosed amount of money before running off near Glen Avenue towards Katrina Drive. Police describe the suspect as a heavyset male who was wearing a black neck gaiter, a green and white Boston Celtics knit winter hat, brown jacket, black pants and red shoes. No one was injured during the incident, Spinney confirmed in a press release.
