Press release from Town of Andover: March 16, 2022 The Town of Andover's general contractor will be replacing the water main on Elm Street, from High Street to Maple Avenue (see map). Construction is anticipated to begin Thursday, March 17th. We anticipate this construction to last approximately two weeks. The construction may require some adjustments in neighborhood driving patterns; however, every effort will be made to minimize this inconvenience. There may be detours and delays.
