SILVER SPRING, MD — Authorities are asking for the public's help to find Keona Smith, a 24-year-old woman reported missing in Silver Spring. Smith was last seen leaving her home on 16th Street in Silver Spring around noon on Thursday, March 17. She is 5-foot-3, has black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on her shoulder, police said. Smith was wearing black pants, black boots and a black jacket when she was last seen.
