Press release from the Caddo Parish: March 16, 2022 The Parish of Caddo continues to have strong representation in leadership with the Police Jury Association of Louisiana. Commissioner Stormy Gage-Watts was recently elected as the 2022 President of the Louisiana Police Jury Black Caucus Association. She previously served as President for 2019-2020. She replaces outgoing President Lyndon B. Johnson, who served as 2020-2021 President, and becomes the Immediate Past President. Their roles became official at this year's annual PJAL Statewide Conference in Lake Charles, LA. Congratulations and thanks for representing the Parish of Caddo in our statewide organization!
