Here are the top three stories today in Phoenix: A winning Powerball lottery ticket purchased Mar. 5 at a Circle K store in Phoenix is still unclaimed as of yesterday. The winning ticket sold at the 8617 N. 27th Avenue store matched all five numbers, except for the Powerball number. The ticket expires Sept. 1. (Phoenix Patch)Phoenix Fire officials put out a debris fire that was burning under Interstate 10, near downtown on the afternoon of Mar. 16. The 21st Avenue and Roosevelt area fire was extinguished by crews before it spread to nearby buildings or tanker trucks. An initial 911 report stated that hazardous materials were involved, but that was later deemed inaccurate.
