Yard Labor Job Description: OT is offered. This is covered outside work, hands on. Its not super labor intensive, but you are on your feet and moving around so being physically able to handle the job is a must. Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs. 1. Looking for career minded employees. This is a temp to hire position (60-90 day). Room for advancement, training, the company offers 401K, health benefits AND bonuses. Pay starts out at $16hr, or more pay for the skilled employee. 2) Assembles precut wooden parts to build trusses and similar supports or wall sections used in building construction: Moves specified precut parts to work area and positions parts in jig by hand or using overhead crane, following supervisor's instructions and blueprint specifications.
