I am looking for an INTERMEDIATE to ADVANCED rider to do an on-site half or full lease on my 13 year old, 15'3 HH quarter horse mare. She is trained and ridden western but is very flexible and willing to learn. She is an amazing mare who has no bite or buck, and is an absolute in your pocket love bug. She is located in Lompoc near Mission Hills and directly across from acres upon acres of trails which lead up to the water tower, the La Purisima Mission, and many other places. If you are looking for a lease that is less than 4 days/week, I am willing to work something out for the right person. I am also more than open to providing lessons on her for the lessee if needed. All vet/farrier visits, supplements/hay, tack, will be provided/paid for by her owner. Half lease= 4 days/week. $300/month Full lease= 6 days/ week. $400/month
