After wonderful Thai and Indian pop-up dinners, we are excited to host Chef Nasrin Rejali for a glatt kosher Persian pop-up dinner at Talia’s Steakhouse & Bar.
Nasrin Rejali is one of the top Persian chefs in New York City and has been featured in some of the most prestigious media outlets including the New York Times, New York Magazine, Huffington Post, GrubStreet, and Eater (links below). However, her story doesn’t have a glamorous start. She fled Iran with her young children and traveled through Turkey until crossing paths with a UN Refugee station that eventually helped her move her family to America. She currently owns and operates Nasrin’s Kitchen, which specializes in pop-up dinners, catering, and homemade traditional Iranian desserts.
