Need movers for Sunday afternoon

I need 3 reliable guys to help move out of my Apt in Chula Vista to new place in SD. I'll be renting a U-Haul for the job. The job starts at 1 latest, maybe light packing, but mostly just the move. We'll pack the truck, drive to the new place, and unload. I approximate 5.5hrs with drive time included. If you have a friend, or friends to help make it work please say so.
