Description
Creating a danceable “Classic Alternative” rock/pop cover band. 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s. It’s for fun, play 1-3 times a month.
See video-clips below. Since we don’t have guitarists yet, we selected 2 songs we could play as a 2-piece. Everything is LIVE except for MIDI drum tracks I programmed, including us faking guitar parts on keys & bass, and triggering lights via footswitch.

Ideal guitarist would be a rocker who likes pop, enjoys diverse parts, tones, effects. Should be real good technically but you don’t need to shred. There is room for solos / improv. This is not a good fit for a classic-rock/R&B guitarist (since songs can have multiple parts, tones, effects, volumes). Below 3 mp3s have snippets of type of guitar playing we’re looking for.

We have vox/keys and vox/bass, and are looking for vox/rhythm and drums in addition to a lead-guitarist (though we have some drummer leads).
