Description
Special needs sandy Flemish giant buck. He will be 12 weeks and looking for his very special home on April 1st. We believe he has entropion (info below) that is genetic. We clean his eyes daily and apply ointment, but we believe he needs some more individual and direct care. He is super sweet and has a ton of energy. He either is or will be completely blind, but otherwise, he is a completely normal and healthy rabbit! He gets along with other rabbits, cats, and dogs. We would like to see him go to an individual who can give him lots of playtime and help care for his eyes. We are asking a $30 rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home. I can send pictures upon request, and if you have any questions feel free to contact me.
From Google: Entropion (eyelids rolled inwards) causes eyelashes and rough external skin to rub against the cornea. Ectropion (eyelids rolled outwards) not only irritates the cornea, but the sagging lower lids allow tears to flow out of the eye instead of into the punctum.
