Here is one who volunteers to be homeless for sympathy which acquires him free items such as clothes, an RV stashed on his property, food, money while sleeping in his ambulance down the road from his home he and his wife own at a WI. Travel Center off 94 frequented at night by the homeless, homosexuals and prostitutes selling sex to truck drivers in front of the strip mall off of 165. He drives an old ambulance generally backed into parking spots to conceal no plates or registration. Frequents the lakeshore in Kenosha or parks. Wheels and deals. Places himself where homeless people congregate. He has an annual income, substantial assets and makes a supplemental income playing his downtrodden homeless role. This guy has his scam down to a science. I've watched him more than a couple times during the summer approach a family having a cookout out and he'll stand and stare at them until they offer him a plate of food. Heard him say, "God bless you, I'm a homeless vet." LOL, from the Civil War? How many of these exist in our city? Got his name after listening to a couple of people uptown talking about not liking him because he's a fake who always shows up where churches or homeless shelters feed the homeless. Did a background investigation on this guy as I was curious seeing him all the time down at the lake and a few parks, posted above is what I found.
