If you have years in the industry and now want to manage a team, oversee growth and still keep your hands in the units - we have an awesome opportunity for you. compensation: $17 - $35 per hour, employment type: full-time Simple IRA / 401k, Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits, Paid Vacation Field Service Manager Technician - Must have ATLEAST 5 -10 years PROVEN Experience – Light Commercial experience required for the Field Manager position * Manager is expected to work in the field, oversee scheduling of service calls residential and coordinate parts orders for installation. * Manager is expected to quote installation jobs both residential and small commercial, establish maintenance contracts, cultivate new business * Must have OSHA 10 or above, Must be EPA Certified Applications also being accepted for *Lead Field Service Technician (3 - 5 yrs experience) *Field Technicians (1-3 years experience) All technicians should be knowledgeable in Repairing, Diagnosing and Maintaining HVAC equipment, Refrigeration units, Evaporation units and packed thermal air conditioners Copper, Linesets, and piping knowledge a must. Brazing a must Hydronic and Victaulic piping is a plus (but not required - however it will keep you busy in the off season) Black Pipe installation a plus. Manager & Lead positions - must be tech savvy and able to trouble shoot; both residential equipment and commercial units Manager & Lead positions - must be able to coordinate with other trades on construction projects, verify install and start-up ready - complete required reports Manager & Lead positions - ability to read and interpret engineering drawings concerning layout, operation and location of systems Ensure Quality Control and meet construction deadlines; while being cost conscious Must know where to source necessary parts and provide estimated costs to management Complete and submit necessary job documentation Must have own small tools (Company Vehicle and Major Tools provided) Must have CLEAN Driving Record Must be able to take direction, be a team player and comfortable working with little or no supervision Must be dependable, professional, excellent communicator and patience to teach team members Must be able to work over-time and available on-call Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs; Must be able to work on roof tops EPA Universal Certified; Must have GED or High School Diploma; Verifiable Employment experience EMAIL resume or walk in applications being accepted Job Type: Full-time - M-F, some weekends (alternating or as needed) Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer; No Drug Use; Pre-Vailing Wage Contractor; Positive Company Culture!
