Need a custom fence

Need a taller fence installed then the one in the picture, should be about two feet higher than that one. If you have to custom make it it's ok, just need a price. It's about 40' wide, you can either concrete the columns into the retaining wall DIRT or core drill into retaining wall and epoxy / concrete posts into that, preferably latter. Existing fence will remain as it's unclear if it's mine or the neighbors. Must be experienced, show proof of past work and be done within roughly three days, willing to pay just need someone who doesn't suck. Email only.
