Full time seasonal position. Private dining club on the ocean. Duties include but are not limited to: Opening of Clubhouse, inspection all areas from previous night operations, overseeing two on property cottages, daily maintenance, identify any problems, contacting and overseeing all projects with contractors, responsible for after hour alarms. Typical schedule is 8a.m.-3p.m. Monday-Friday April and May, Tuesday-Sunday June - August and Wednesday-Sunday September-December Position is best suited for someone that has general experience with construction and lives close to the Clubhouse which is located in Middletown. All candidates must pass background checks.
