Precast concrete company seeks reliable, hardworking yardman. This person will perform general labor related to precast concrete products. This is a full time position working outdoors, rain or shine. Requirements: • Physical labor • Willingness to learn • Basic knowledge of concrete • Heavy equipment experience a plus(wheel loader)- willing to train • Dependable transportation • Attention to detail, dependable, positive attitude • Work independently or with others • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time • Heavy Lifting (75+ lbs) Duties: • Using chop saw to cut wire strand • Using rebar bender • Pouring, vibrating, troweling concrete • Stripping & cleaning block forms • Spraying oil (form release) • Loading trucks • Cleaning, sweeping, organizing Compensation and Benefits: • Typical starting wage $18-20/hr DOE- growth and advancement potential • Full time • Health, Dental, Vision Benefits • 401k plan • Paid Holidays / Vacation Applying • Reply with resume or qualifications • Serious candidates may call 206-423-3217 (George) for immediate consideration • Looking to fill position immediately
