Property Management Company seeking a full time Maintenance Technician for two apartment communities located in Poulsbo, WA. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: •Maintain property and units in good condition •Maintain a preventative maintenance program •Perform physical labor and custodial duties as needed •Troubleshoot and make repairs of items in the following areas: Appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall. Requirements: • Professional appearance • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Basic computer/technology skills • Valid Driver’s License • Reliable transportation Maintenance Requirements: • O7B Trainee License (Provided by company) • Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
