Description

We are a Pacific NW specialty flooring contractor, providing commercial flooring related products and installation services. Some of our clientele includes property managers, government agencies, school districts, and commercial contractors in the new construction and tenant improvement sectors. We are currently searching for a Warehouse Manager for our Lakewood facility. This is a full-time Mon-Fri work schedule (some weekends). Start time TBD. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include: - Preparing and completing orders for delivery and pick up. Reporting discrepancies where applicable. - Performing warehouse inventory management functions using inventory management software. - Communicating and coordinating with managers, supervisors, and staff as it relates to warehouse function and operation. - Processing weekly payroll for assigned employees and reviewing/approving assigned employee’s PTO requests accordingly. - Keeping warehouse, equipment, machinery, and vehicles clean, maintained & organized. - Providing warehouse employee training, performance reviews, and disciplinary action. - Establishing pathway goals for warehouse staff for skills development. - Screening and interviewing potential warehouse/delivery driver candidates. Qualifications & Requirements: Clean driving record required. Pass a criminal background check and drug screening. 3+ years of relevant warehouse experience (preferred).
