Rehoming my dog Goose

Hi this is Goose. Goose has been with me for 3 years. I adore him but unfortunately my living situation has drastically changed which means I can no longer keep him. He is potty trained and eats twice a day. He knows come, stop, and sit. He does however jump fences and cries when left alone. He would do best whit someone who is home a lot as he is not kennel trained and his separation anxiety gets to him. I need to rehome him ASAP as I am currently boarding him and he is not happy being there. I do not know his breed but I have been told that he is a pointer mix. Please contact me with any questions.
