We are seeking for a detail-oriented HVAC TECHNICIAN to perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment and facilities; perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment. Customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your main priorities if you want to be successful in this profession. Ideal applicants will be patient, as well as have strong organizational and troubleshooting skills. HVAC Respomsibilities: · Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning equipment and systems. · Identifying equipment maintenance concerns. · HVAC system electrical and mechanical problem diagnosis. · Cleaning, calibrating and repairing systems. · Performing emergency repairs in a timely and effective manner. · Giving technical guidance. · Maintaining daily logs and records for all maintenance functions. · Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act is followed. · Service standards, job instructions, and client needs must all be followed.
