How can we take care of the city dwelling porch monkeys if we give money back to those who work for a living. Over 84% of welfare goes to cities controlled by democrats. 69% of democrats in large cities have never been employed for more than 2 weeks at a time in their lives. 81% of city dwellers have never paid income tax. So yeah, lets cut off those who have worked all their lives and give it to those who have never worked in their lives.
