Please read the entire ad before responding NOT PERMITTED! I have a 600 square-foot basement on an investment property that is going up for sale. It would probably take approximately $5500 in materials but also including labor to finish the basement. I’m only looking to have framing, sheet rock tape and texture and trim work put in. Again it’s only about $5500 worth of work. The property is going up for sale it will be sold within three weeks. I need somebody that has the monetary ability to buy their own materials and do this quickly. I’ll put a $10,000 lien against the property in your name with the title company and you will be paid as soon as the house closes in three weeks. It is so small that you should be able to frame it in two days, and have the sheet rock tape texture and trim done total of 10 days. This job is not for everybody. You must have the financial means to purchase the materials. I had somebody take the money so my budget needs me to pay you $10,000 for $5500 job upon sale of the house.
