Custom Solar is an established solar company in Boulder, CO and we are currently seeking an experienced electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing all electrical equipment for our solar jobs, be a problem solver, work well with others, possess good customer service skills, and communicate well with both the office and customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Install all electrical equipment needed for a solar install
-Remain in compliance with current National Electric Code
-Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs
-Utilize wiring diagrams and plans to complete the project as permitted
-Sizing and tying in breakers in the electrical panel
Job Requirements:
-Experience & skills in electric panels and wiring with current knowledge on all NEC standards
-Clean driving record - Applicants who cannot be added to our insurance to operate our fleet will not be considered
-Must have working knowledge and experience replacing electrical services and distribution panels
-Previous experience in solar industry
-Physically able to lift 50 pounds throughout the work day
-Own your own hand tools
-Reliable transportation
-Able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
-Professional appearance
