Heavy Equipment Operator Foreman (Front Range) Compensation is directly linked to experience - $25 to $30, per hour DOE. All pay needs can be discussed. employment type: full-time Expanding Excavating company needs experienced Operating foreman. Long-term, full-time work. Residential and commercial. Friendly environment. May Include company vehicle. No vaccine mandate. You will be compensated for your experience. JOB SUMMARY: Skills to organize a crew daily. Manage a crew installing commercial underground utilities including water, sewer, and storm and Site work,. Needs to have experience with site layout, grading/earthwork, building foundations, over excavation, final grades. Be able to work with site superintendent, subcontractors, and inspectors. Operate Heavy Equipment such as Wheeled Loader, Excavator, Backhoe, Skidsteer, for general excavating and trenching. Be knowledgeable in proper sloping and shoring, moving soil and other materials on site. This position reports to the Field Superintendent/Owner. Duties and Responsibilities · Must have experience with project plans and completed according to specifications · Work with office to order materials, equipment and supplies in a timely fashion according to schedule. · Schedule testing and inspections as required. · Provide leadership and direction to crews daily and throughout the project while emphasizing safety, quality and production · Work with Site Superintendent to verify the project scope, schedule, and budget · Daily meetings with crews to review schedule, daily tasks and goals, safety, receive feedback from employees. · Administrative tasks including daily log sheet, equipment logs, change orders, and progress photographs · Train and motivate employees · Ensure all field personnel are using proper PPE. · Operate heavy equipment and assist with labor when needed · Availability to work weekends This is a full time position *Weekly pay *Paid Holidays *Paid vacation.
